We can customize the development, design, testing, and production according to the customer's maximum working pressure, maximum flow rate, number of outlets, filtration precision, and operating voltage. The process includes performance evaluation, drawing design, sheet metal assembly, parts assembly, wiring and electrical distribution, and operational testing, ensuring that each stage meets the customer's expectations and standards.

For customized product components, we can also select parts according to customer requirements, including budget-friendly parts, customer-supplied parts, customer-specified parts, and parts that comply with various international standards for assembly and production.
In the past, based on the requirements of our Japanese customers and starting from their concepts, we designed and developed a two-fluid sprayer. This project included customer-specified parts, customer-provided parts, parts selected by our company, and various parts and packaging materials compliant with EU RoHS standards. Since this product was intended for export, we also had to consider the voltage and frequency requirements of the destination country for wiring and electrical distribution. The process included sheet metal assembly and the setup of automatic control logic panels, followed by rigorous testing to ensure the machine's safety and operational integrity. Ultimately, we successfully developed an electromechanical integrated product that met overseas specifications.
